A memorandum of cooperation was signed between Baku State University (BSU) and the Probation Service of the Ministry of Justice.

The document was signed by BSU Rector Elchin Babayev and the Head of the Probation Service, Vugar Agayev.

The memorandum aims to enhance support in the fields of social and psychological services, as well as the rehabilitation of individuals under probation. This will be achieved through cooperation, interaction, and joint projects between the university and the Probation Service.

The agreement outlines a range of collaborative efforts, including the recruitment of volunteers to provide social and psychological services to those under probation, the organization of educational events and seminars, the development of teaching materials, the conduct of scientific research, and other related activities.
