Chingiz Ismayilov, Professor at the Faculty of Geography, Baku State University (BSU) took part in the international round table "Cooperation of Caspian universities: 25 years of strategic partnership" in Astrakhan (Russia). The event was initiated by the Astrakhan State Technical University.

Professor Chingiz Ismailov made presentation on the topic “The importance of cooperation between Caspian universities in the field of science and education”.  He touched upon the importance of building up common efforts in preparing joint projects, exchanging students and young scientists, and implementing double degree programs.

Scientists from the universities of Kazakhstan and Iran also took part in the event.
