Professor at the Department of Criminalistics and Forensic Science, Faculty of Law, Baku State University (BSU), First Vice-President of the World Association of Medical Law, Head of the Azerbaijan Bureau of the UNESCO Department of Bioethics, lawyer and forensic expert, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor of Forensic Medicine Vugar Mammadov has been invited to the Attorney General's Office of the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague for consultations, lectures and joint forensic investigations.
