BSU Professor Presents Research at International Onomastics Symposium in Türkiye
Reyhan Habibli, Professor in the Department of Azerbaijani Linguistics at Baku State University (BSU), participated in the 4th International Onomastics Symposium organized by the Turkish Language Association.
The symposium brought together scholars specializing in onomastics from Türkiye, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Russia, Hungary, India, Albania, North Macedonia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
At the event, Reyhan Habibli delivered a presentation entitled “Socionomastics: A New Scientific Approach at the Intersection of Language and Society.” The paper generated broad academic discussion and attracted considerable interest from participants.
At the conclusion of the symposium, participants were awarded certificates.
