BSU Ranked First in Azerbaijan by QS

The QS Quacquarelli Symonds agency has announced the results of the "QS World University Rankings 2025."

Baku State University (BSU) has climbed 179 positions in the "QS World University Rankings 2025," reaching the range of 951-1000 and securing the top spot in the country. Additionally, the university has risen to 373rd place globally in the faculty-to-student ratio indicator and 271st place in employability metrics.

Moreover, BSU holds leading positions in the country in terms of student-to-faculty ratio, number of citations per faculty, international research network, and employability indicators.

A total of 5,663 universities from 106 countries participated in the announced rankings, with 1,503 universities making it onto the list.
