Rector of Baku State University (BSU) Elchin Babayev has met with Dan IANCU, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Romania to the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Greeting the guest, rector Elchin Babayev referred to relations between Romanian universities and BSU and emphasized the importance of developing cooperation in the field of science and education. Elchin Babaev touched upon the issue of holding of an international conference in  Bucharest on May 28-29, 2019, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of BSU.

Ambassador Dan Iancu, highlighted  the importance of cooperation between BSU and Romanian universities, expressed interest in the further development of these ties.
