The presentation of the book "Mineral Exploration and Mining Essentials" by Canadian geologist Robert Stevens, translated and published with the support of AzerGold CJSC, took place.
The ceremony was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Board of AzerGold CJSC Khayam Farzaliyev, Head of the National Geological Exploration Service of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Azerbaijan Ali Aliyev and Deputy Chairman of the Board of the State Agency for the Use of Mineral Resources under the Ministry of Ecology Azer Shukurov.
BSU rector Elchin Babayev made speech at the presentation. He said that Earth and Environmental Science is considered the priority direction of scientific research at BSU.
