Baku State University (BSU) Rector Elchin Babayev met with members of the university’s Advisory Board.

The Rector informed the board members about the latest developments and innovations implemented at BSU, emphasizing that the modernization of the university’s infrastructure will continue. He noted that BSU has been steadily strengthening its position in both global and regional rankings.

Elchin Babayev also highlighted several recent achievements, including the opening of the EcoSpace, Student Space, Museum of Mineral Resources, Materials Science Research Laboratory at the Center for Excellence in Research, Development, and Innovation, EcoEnergy Station, and Student Development Center. He added that work is currently underway to modernize more than ten academic laboratories in line with the latest standards.

During the meeting, members of the Advisory Board presented their proposals aimed at further enhancing BSU’s scientific and educational activities.
