Rector of Baku State University Elchin Babayev has met with the first-year students awarded Presidential scholarship in in the 2021/2022 academic year.

Rector Elchin Babayev expressed his pleasure to meet with the students and extended his congratulations to them. He emphasized that being awarded Presidential scholarship is a big honor for them and they can be proud of this achievement. “You should prove that you truly deserve this title and become successful and competent students,” said rector.

Rector Elchin Babayev spoke about the activities of BSU student organizations, the volunteer movement in the university, and also called to participate in the social life of the university.
