Baku State University (BSU) Rector Elchin Babayev met with students enrolled in the dual-degree programme in Educational Management jointly offered by Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University (ASPU) and George Washington University (USA).

The meeting focused on current trends in higher education, modern approaches to educational management, university development strategies, research promotion and the importance of international academic cooperation.

Rector Elchin Babayev shared information about BSU’s academic and research activities, international cooperation initiatives and efforts to enhance the quality of education. He also discussed key challenges facing universities today, their role in the global academic community and the importance of strategic management for institutional development.

The students had the opportunity to ask questions about university management and the future of higher education. Rector Babayev shared his experience and exchanged views with the participants, helping them connect their theoretical knowledge of higher education management with practical experience.
