Elchin Babayev, Rector of Baku State University (BSU), participated in the world final of the A-Hub Acceleration. The event, held as part of the "Digital Creativity Weekend" project in Baku and Shusha, was supported by the Ministry of Culture, in cooperation with the Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ICESCO), the New Space Open Innovation program, Baku State University, Bayramlı Group, and many other organizations.

In his speech in Shusha, BSU Rector expressed gratitude to the Ministry of Culture and ICESCO for supporting the global event. Speaking about the visit of ICESCO Director General Salim bin Mohammed Al-Malik to BSU, Rector emphasized that this visit was an important step for expanding cooperation and mutual development. Highlighting the necessity of collaboration between universities, research institutes, and industry, Elchin Babayev noted that BSU has always been one of the pioneers in education, science, and technological progress in the region.

A-Hub Acceleration, which started as a pilot project in 2021, currently operates in 20 countries.
