BSU Researcher Joins International Project at Poland’s Institute of Physics
Khatira Mehtiyeva, a researcher at the Laboratory of Materials Design and Synthesis of BSU’s Centre for Research and Development of Advanced Materials, was selected following a competitive recruitment process for the project “International Centre for Interaction of Magnetism and Superconductivity with Topological Matter”.
The project is funded by the European Union and the Polish Science Fund under the European Funds for a Modern Economy 2021–2027 programme.
Mehtiyeva will take part in international research exploring the interactions of magnetic and superconducting systems with topological materials. She will also gain experience working with advanced experimental equipment and research techniques.
Her participation is expected to strengthen research at BSU’s Laboratory of Materials Design and Synthesis, expand scientific cooperation between BSU and the Institute of Physics of the Polish Academy of Sciences, and support the preparation of joint scientific publications.
