BSU scientist delivered presentation on a triboelectric nanogenerator in Türkiye
Orkhan Gyulakhmedov, a Junior Researcher at the Nanoresearch Laboratory of Baku State University (BSU) and a doctoral student at the Faculty of Physics, presented a report at Erciyes University in Türkiye. The presentation focused on the topic 'Development and Utilization of a Triboelectric Nanogenerator for Sustainable Energy Harvesting Based on Nanocomposite Layers of Nylon/Fe3O4.' The report was delivered at the X International Conference on 'Materials Science and Nanotechnology for the Future Generation.
Orkhan Gyulakhmedov informed conference participants about the triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG) and its applications, the advantages of using nanocomposite layers in TENG, and their use as an autonomous sensor for monitoring power transmission lines.
