Proceedings of the XI International Scientific Conference entitled “Modern Law in the Era of Social Transformation” were published in two separate volumes. The Conference was jointly organized by the National Aviation University of Ukraine and more than 10 prestigious universities, including Baku State University. Scientific papers of more than 20 scientists of the Faculty of Law of BSU - Amir Aliyev, Ipek Abbasova, Firuza Abbasova, Shahla Samadova, Aytekin Ibrahimova, Gulnaz Rzayeva, Shahin Mammadrzali and other scientists were published in the proceedings of the Conference.
