BSU scientists participate in International Conference on Human Rights

The annual international virtual conference on human rights was held at the University of Padua in Italy. The conference was held in collaboration with the University of London, UK; The University of Gothenburg, Sweden; University of Graz, Austria and University of Wroclaw, Poland. The conference was attended by scientists from Italy, England, Brazil, Sweden, Poland, Japan and other countries. The scientists of Baku State University - Head of the Department of Human Rights and Information Law, Professor Amir Aliyev, Associate Professors of the Department Gulnaz Rzayeva and Aytekin Ibragimova - made presentation entitled "Artificial Intelligence and Personal Data: in the International and National Context". This article deals with the legal definition of the artificial intelligence systems, amendments to the norms regarding digital rights, and the enhancement of cyber culture to ensure cyber security.
