A scientific paper entitled ‘The effect of Cu doping on structural, optical properties and photocatalytic activity of Co3O4 nanoparticles synthesized by sonochemical method’ by Mustafa Muradov, Sevinj Mammadyarova, Goncha Eyvazova, Ofeliya Balayeva, Ilaha Hasanova, Gunel Aliyeva, Sevinj Malikova, Mahammadali Abdullayev, Researches at the Nanoresearch Laboratory of the Center for Excellence in Research, Development and Innovation of Baku State University (BSU) was published in ‘Optical Materials’ (İF: 3.754).
