BSU Showcases Innovation at Baku Energy Week
Baku State University (BSU) is taking part in Baku Energy Week, a major international event that brings together three key forums: the 30th Anniversary International Caspian Oil and Gas Exhibition, the 13th Caspian International Power and Green Energy Exhibition, and the 30th Anniversary Baku Energy Forum.
As part of the event’s Smart Energy Hub zone, ten innovative startup projects were presented, including BSU’s contribution.
BSU’s stand featured a newly developed charging station located on the university campus. The station supports fast charging of electric vehicles using renewable energy sources such as solar and wind power. It is designed to be compatible with CCS2 and GBT charging standards and will also support electric bicycles and scooters used by students in the near future.
This year, Baku Energy Week hosts 267 companies from 39 countries, highlighting the global significance of the event and BSU’s active role in promoting sustainable energy solutions.
