Rector of Baku State University (BSU), academician Abel Maharramov received the delegation headed by academician Stefan Vodenicharov, a chairman of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and Prof.  Hans-Jörg Albrecht, a director at the Max Planck Institute for Foreign and International Criminal Law (Freiburg/Germany). Delegation arrived in Azerbaijan to participate in IV Baku International Humanitarian Forum.

After the meeting the sides signed a Memorandum of Understanding. This agreement will see the universities carry out joint researches, exchange experience with the aim of improving qualification of scholars and teachers, and organize joint seminars and conferences.
