Baku State University (BSU), the Language Education and Cooperation Center of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, and Anhui University signed a trilateral agreement for a joint bachelor's program titled "International Chinese Language Education.

According to the agreement, selected BSU students in their third and fourth academic years will undergo education at Anhui University specializing in "International Chinese Language Education". Only students who are citizens of Azerbaijan and are enrolled at BSU with a major in "Chinese Language and Literature" are eligible to participate in this program.
