A memorandum of understanding has been signed between Baku State University (BSU) and Chirchik State Pedagogical University (CSPU), Uzbekistan.

The document was signed by BSU Rector Elchin Babayev and CSPU Rector Gafurjan Mukhamedov.

The memorandum envisages cooperation in organizing joint projects, conferences, exhibitions, seminars, symposia, short-term courses, training programs, and collaborative research initiatives.

It also provides for joint publications in scientific journals, the development of joint curricula and syllabi, as well as the exchange of faculty members, administrative staff, students, master’s and doctoral candidates, and researchers.

Founded in 2017, CSPU is considered one of the leading pedagogical universities in Uzbekistan.
