BSU Signs Memorandum of Understanding with International Black Sea University
Baku State University (BSU) has signed a memorandum of understanding with the International Black Sea University (IBSU) of Georgia, aiming to deepen academic cooperation and foster joint initiatives.
The agreement was signed by BSU Rector Professor Elchin Babayev and IBSU Rector Professor Kakha Shengelia.
Under the memorandum, the two universities will collaborate on a wide range of academic activities, including joint projects, conferences, exhibitions, seminars, symposiums, short-term courses, and training programs. The agreement also outlines cooperation in scientific research, joint publications, the development of academic programs and curricula, as well as the exchange of students, graduate and doctoral students, researchers, and academic and administrative staff.
Founded in 1995, the International Black Sea University is recognized as one of Georgia’s leading institutions of higher education.
