Rector of Baku State University (BSU) Elchin Babayev and  President of the Kyungwoon University Han Sung-Wook have signed a Memorandum of Understanding.

The Memorandum aims to improve cooperation between the two universities in the field of education and research. It provides for an exchange of faculty and students and other collaboration between the two universities such as joint research and educational programs.

It should be noted that Baku Institute of King Sejong was opened at BSU in 2018 to promote Korean culture and language.
