Baku State University (BSU) and the National Library of Azerbaijan (NLA) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to strengthen cooperation. The agreement was signed by BSU Rector Elchin Babayev and NLA Director Kerim Takhirov.

Under the memorandum, BSU and the NLA will integrate their information resources and organize the exchange of electronic resources. The agreement also includes expanding digital library services and granting BSU students and researchers special priority access to the NLA’s electronic archives.

Both institutions will collaborate on organizing joint conferences, round tables, seminars, and symposia, as well as developing joint publishing programs. They plan to publish scientific journals, books, and educational materials, fostering a deeper exchange of knowledge and resources.
