BSU Signs Memorandum with the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communications
Baku State University (BSU) and the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communications have signed a memorandum of understanding to expand cooperation.
The document was signed by BSU Rector Elchin Babayev and Executive Director of the Center, Professor Vusal Gasimli.
Under the memorandum, BSU and the Center will collaborate in the fields of education, research, innovation, human capital development, strategic communications, and sustainable development, implementing a wide range of joint projects.
The cooperation will include conducting joint research, with the university’s scientific potential supporting the analysis of reforms carried out by the Center. Opportunities will be provided for BSU students and researchers to participate in internships, mentoring programs, seminars, and trainings organized by the Center.
Areas of collaboration will also encompass the exchange of open databases, analytical reports, and economic analyses; preparation of recommendations for the scientific substantiation of strategic documents and government programs; and the organization of expert discussions and round tables on topics such as sustainable development, the green economy, and social security. Additionally, joint initiatives and pilot projects will be implemented in the field of the digital economy, alongside support for startup development.
The parties also plan to cooperate closely in strategic communications and public opinion research, including conducting surveys, sociological studies, and joint information campaigns.
