Baku State University (BSU) and West University of Timișoara in Romania have signed an Erasmus exchange protocol.

The agreement facilitates the exchange of bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral students, as well as researchers and academic staff.

Founded in 1944, the West University of Timișoara ranks 52nd in the QS ranking of European universities and has approximately 16,000 students.
