The Baku City Youth and Sports Department organized a visit to Antalya, Türkiye, for Azerbaijani youth as part of the Youth Exchange Program. The delegation was led by Denyar Teymurlu, Head of the Department. Alekper Hasanov, a specialist at the Humanitarian Affairs and Youth Policy Department of Baku State University (BSU), and Harun Mehdiyev, Chairman of the BSU Student Youth Organization (SYO), also took part in the visit.

The visit aimed to strengthen ties between Azerbaijani and Turkish youth, facilitate the exchange of experiences and ideas, promote cooperation in youth policy and sports, and explore opportunities for joint initiatives.

As part of the program, the delegation met with Yavuz Gürhan, Head of the Antalya Youth and Sports Department. The meeting focused on youth policy in Azerbaijan and Türkiye, increasing young people's social engagement, sports and youth projects, and expanding cooperation and experience-sharing between relevant institutions.

The participants also visited various faculties of Akdeniz University, the Youth Office, the Özgecan Aslan and Millet Bahçesi youth centers, and the Alaeddin Keykubat Youth Camp. They learned about youth development initiatives, leisure activities, and programs aimed at encouraging young people's social participation.

The program also featured visits to the Side Ancient City Theater, the Martyrs' Museum, the Science Museum, and the Hababam Class Museum, where the delegation learned more about Türkiye's historical, scientific, and cultural heritage.

As part of the sports activities, participants received introductory training in archery and took part in practical sessions.
