Online registration for applicants admitted to undergraduate programs at Baku State University (BSU) begins on August 28 at 11:00 AM and will remain open until 6:00 PM on September 8.

To register, applicants must log in to their personal accounts on the government’s digital platform, mygov, using their mygov ID (single sign-on system). They should select the Ministry of Science and Education under “Organizations” in the “Services” section and access the “Registration of Students in Higher and Secondary Specialized Educational Institutions” service.

Applicants can confirm their personal and admission details and upload the required documents through the system.

Important: Applicants who fail to complete the online registration and receive confirmation from the university will not be admitted as students.
