Student of the SABAH groups at Baku State University, Mesme Aliyeva, has become the winner of the 'Global Undergraduate Exchange Program' (UGRAD) competition sponsored by the U.S. Department of State.

UGRAD program is a cultural and educational program implemented by the International Research & Exchanges Board (IREX).

The program provides opportunities for Azerbaijani students of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd courses to spend a year in the United States and attend US higher schools and colleges freely.
