Six students from Baku State University (BSU) – Khanim Jafarova, Guler Ismailzade, Farida Mammadova, Ibrahim Mustafayev, Fatima Shabanova, and Salima Zakizade – have been awarded the Red Hearts Educational Scholarship.

A total of 306 applicants applied to participate in the joint program organized by the Education Development Fund and the Red Hearts Foundation. Out of these, 69 candidates who passed the initial selection were invited for an interview. Ultimately, 23 students successfully completed all stages and were named winners of the scholarship. The recipients will receive a monthly stipend of 200 manats throughout the 2024-2025 academic year.

Preference was given to first-year full-time bachelor's degree students who scored over 600 points on the entrance exam, demonstrated high extracurricular activity and academic performance, and belonged to socially vulnerable groups.

The Red Hearts Foundation was established in 2019 on the initiative of Kapital Bank employees. Its mission is to promote a culture of charity within the country.
