BSU Students Introduced to "AIESEC Azerbaijan" and Its Global Opportunities

Baku State University (BSU) students were given an insightful introduction to the international youth organization "AIESEC Azerbaijan" during an information session organized by the "BSU Volunteers" initiative.

Ramin Samedov, Head of BSU’s Department of Humanitarian Issues and Youth Policy, highlighted the significant role AIESEC’s projects play in the personal and professional development of young people in Azerbaijan. He also underscored the valuable contributions of the "BSU Volunteers" initiative in preparing students for their future careers and social engagement.

Nazenin Mammadli, Chairperson of the Marketing and Public Relations Committee of "AIESEC Azerbaijan," provided an overview of the organization’s activities, international programs, and membership process. She emphasized that AIESEC offers students diverse opportunities, including international volunteering, paid internships, and leadership programs. These initiatives not only foster personal growth but also enable participants to experience new cultures and build a global network.

The session featured a video presentation showcasing AIESEC’s initiatives and concluded with interactive discussions, allowing students to engage with representatives and ask questions.

AIESEC, which operates in approximately 130 countries, has been active in Azerbaijan since 2006. Its core mission is to empower young people by developing their leadership potential and providing international experiences through various programs.
