During the discussion, it was highlighted that since 2012, YTB has been offering various scholarship programs for international students in Türkiye. Each year, the programs receive approximately 165,000 applications from over 175 countries, awarding scholarships to 5,000 new students. Since 1992, 3,000 Azerbaijani students have graduated from the program, while 5,700 have received scholarships. Currently, 700 Azerbaijani students are studying in Türkiye under this initiative.
The scholarship covers university and dormitory accommodation, round-trip airfare, a monthly stipend, health insurance, tuition fees, a one-year Turkish language course, and opportunities for social engagement.
