BSU Students Visit the IDEA Animal Care Center
At the initiative of members of the Biology Department of the BSU Volunteers organization, a tour of the IDEA Animal Care Center was organized for students.
During the visit, the volunteers learned about the center’s activities, the conditions created for animals, and its efforts in the field of animal protection. Participants were provided with detailed information about the shelters, rehabilitation opportunities, and the daily care process for animals housed at the center.
The center’s staff informed the students about the protection of homeless animals, health monitoring, proper nutrition, and general care practices. They also highlighted the importance of responsible animal care, a humane approach toward animals, and raising public awareness in this area.
As part of the tour, the volunteers spent time with the animals at the center, showed them care and affection, and gained practical knowledge about animal welfare and protection.
