The students of the Library and Information Faculty of Baku State University (BSU) have visited YARAT Contemporary Art Centre.

YARAT is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to nurturing an understanding of contemporary art and creating a hub for artistic practice, research and thinking  in the Caucasus, Central Asia and the surrounding region. YARAT realises its mission through an on-going program of exhibitions, education events and festivals.

YARAT facilitates exchange between local and international artistic networks including foundations, galleries and museums.

BSU students were briefed on activities of Art Centre and attended Rashad Alekperov’s personal exhibition.
