Students of the SABAH group at Baku State University (BSU) Umid Mikailov and Khalila Sadygova, participated in the competition 'Best Researchers of the CIS - 2024' in the city of Astana, Kazakhstan, dedicated to the great Islamic thinker Al-Farabi.

Umid Mikailov was awarded the first-degree diploma and the medal 'Best Researcher - 2024' for his article 'The Problem of Deportation and Repatriation of the Ahiska Turks', while Khalila Sadygova received the same awards for her article 'The Genocides of Baku and Shamakhi in the Documents of the Extraordinary Investigative Commission'.
