Eldar Jafarov, a lecturer at the Faculty of International Relations and Economics of Baku State University (BSU), took part in the International Youth Parliamentary School program implemented within the framework of the project "Youth parliamentarism as a basis for sustainable political development and partnership of the Commonwealth of Independent States".

The event was organized by the International Institute for Monitoring the Development of Democracy, Parliamentarism and Observance of the Electoral Rights of Citizens of the Member States of the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly, Eurasia-Volga Region Information and Analytical Center and the Faculty of International Relations of St. Petersburg State University.

The main goal of the project is to work together in the future on topical issues of the CIS.
