BSU and Tekirdag Namik Kemal University signed Mevlana exchange protocol on June 16, 2022.

The agreement was signed by BSU Rector Elchin Babayev and Tekirdag Namik Kemal University Rector Mumin Shahin.

The agreement provides for the exchange of bachelors, researchers and academic staff.

Tekirdag Namık Kemal University was founded in 2006. The university has 11 faculties, three institutes, twelve vocational schools and a school of health, with nearly 30,000 students.
