A memorandum of understanding has been signed between Baku State University (BSU) and Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University of the Republic of Türkiye.

The agreement was signed by BSU Rector Elchin Babayev and Rector of Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University, Hüseyin Dalgar.

The memorandum outlines collaboration in a wide range of areas, including joint projects, conferences, exhibitions, seminars, symposiums, short-term courses, training programs, and scientific research. The initiative aims to enhance teaching and learning at the faculties, institutes, and colleges of both universities in line with international standards.

In addition, the agreement covers joint publications in scientific journals, the development of academic programs, curricula and syllabi, as well as the exchange of academic and administrative staff, students, graduate students, doctoral candidates, and researchers.
