Volodimir Bugrov, Rector of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv has visited Baku State University.

BSU rector Elchin Babayev highlighted the successful policy pursued in the country in the fields of science and education. He also provided an insight into the university’s international relations as well as cooperation with Ukrainian universities.

Rector of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv Volodimir Bugrov hailed Ukrainian-Azerbaijani relations in the field of science and education.

The heads of the two universities signed a Memorandum of Understanding.

The agreement provides for joint development and implementation of education programmes, organization of joint research and education projects, holding joint seminars, scientific conferences and meetings.

Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is the third oldest university in Ukraine. Currently, its structure consists of 14 faculties (academic departments) and 7 institutes. Over 27000 students study at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
