Baku State University (BSU) is establishing a TEKNOFEST club in cooperation with the Turkish Technology Team Foundation (T3 Foundation).

The decision was approved at a meeting of the BSU Academic Council.

The club will organise trainings and projects aimed at enhancing students’ knowledge and skills in digital technologies, programming, artificial intelligence, robotics, and related fields. Students will also have the opportunity to participate in T3 Foundation initiatives, including TEKNOFEST and other international competitions.

Rector Elchin Babayev noted that in recent years, BSU teams have achieved significant success at TEKNOFEST, the world’s largest festival of aerospace, aviation, and technology.

Ahmet Kose, the representative of the T3 Foundation in Azerbaijan and Director of Bilim Baku, spoke about the Foundation’s areas of activity and expressed confidence that cooperation with BSU would further promote the development of science and technology in the country. He also wished success to the new club.
