A delegation led by Elchin Babayev, Rector of Baku State University (BSU), visited Anhui Agricultural University in China.

During the meeting, Rector Elchin Babayev and Cao Haiqun, President of Anhui Agricultural University, discussed prospects for strengthening cooperation between the two universities. The discussions focused on academic collaboration, joint research projects, faculty and student exchange programs, resource sharing in agricultural research, the organization of joint seminars and conferences, and mutual innovation initiatives.

The parties also reviewed the existing facilities, laboratories, and scientific infrastructure of both institutions and outlined potential formats and priority areas for future cooperation.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the two sides signed a memorandum of understanding, laying the foundation for expanded academic and research collaboration.
