Starting from the 2026/2027 academic year, the Faculty of International Relations and Economics at Baku State University (BSU) will, for the first time, offer a master's specialization in Strategic Communications in Public Administration.

The curriculum is designed to provide students with modern theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the fields of strategic communications, government-public relations, media relations, digital communication tools, information policy, reputation management, and crisis communications.

Graduates of the new specialization will be qualified to work in government institutions, public organizations, media outlets, public relations and communications departments, as well as in other fields related to communications management.
