From August 25 to 30, Baku State University (BSU), in partnership with Azerbaijan International Mining Company Limited, will organize the GeoCamp Summer Student Camp at the Guba Educational and Practical Recreation Center.

The camp is supported by the BSU Faculty of Geology, BSU Volunteers, CM Tech LLC, CQA International Ltd, AT-Geotech LLC, A-A LLC, Atlas LLC, and AzGeo LLC.

As part of the camp, students will have the opportunity to study rock and mineral samples in detail, conduct field research and observations across various areas of geology, and gain hands-on experience through practical geological activities and training.

The GeoCamp is designed to enhance students’ practical knowledge and skills in geology while providing them with an opportunity to apply their academic knowledge in a field-based environment.
