BSU to Train Specialists in Cultural Law
Starting from the new academic year, the Faculty of Law at Baku State University (BSU) will launch a master's degree program specializing in "Cultural Law."
The curriculum aims to promote the fundamental establishment and development of cultural law at both international and national levels.
This specialization will include courses on various topics such as the legal regulation of culture, the study of sectoral authorities of relevant structures, state policy in this field, analysis of legislation, legal foundations of services provided by cultural institutions, regulation of the cultural sector at the international level, ensuring human rights and freedoms in the field of culture, and more. One of the primary goals of this specialization is to create a foundation for training lawyers who will protect cultural heritage.
