Baku State University and International Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation have signed a memorandum of cooperation.

The document was signed by BSU Rector Elchin Babayev and President of Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation Gunay Afandiyeva.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, BSU Rector Elchin Babaeyv said the Memorandum of Understanding demonstrates that both organisations share a vision for cooperation and this agreement will enable us to work more effectively and productively into the future.

The memorandum is aimed at strengthening cooperation between the two organizations in the the protection and promotion of the Turkic World cultural heritage. The parties agreed to establish the Turkic World Scientific Research Center at BSU with the support of the International Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation.
