BSU and The Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg have signed a cooperation agreement on Dual Master's Degree Program during the opening ceremony of the International Scientific Conference “XXI Century, New Challenges and Modern Development Tendencies of Law”.

The agreement was signed by BSU Rector Elchin Babayev and Rector of the Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg Christian Tietje.
