BSU, University of South Bohemia in Czech Republic discuss cooperation between universities

On October 1, 2021, a meeting took place between the representatives of Baku State University and University of South Bohemia, Czech Republic.

The meeting was attended by Farda Imnanov, BSU Vice-Rector for Education and Training Technologies; Huseyn Mammadov, BSU Vice-Rector for Science and Innovations; Mais Suleymanov, Director of the Center for Organization and Scientific Innovations; Matanat Musayeva, Head of Scientific-Organizational Department; Rauf Hasanov, Head of the International Relations Department; Sabina Omarova, Deputy Dean of Biology Faculty Sabina Omarova; Associate Professor of the Faculty Chingiz Mammadov and Pavel Zelenka,  Head of the Azerbaijani Representation of the Czech Trade Promotion Agency; Hojdekr Michal, Vice-Rector of the University of South Bohemia; Stemberkova Ruzena, Head of the Technology Transfer Department.

The parties discussed the issues of expanding academic cooperation between BSU and the University of South Bohemia in the field of natural sciences, exchange of students and teachers. The two universities also exchanged views on the development of a double degree program at the master's level on "Aquatic Bioresources and Aquaculture".
