As part of “Azerbaijan Volunteer Week 2025,” the “Sovereign Azerbaijan” Intellectual Volunteer League was held in the What? Where? When? format with the support of the Azerbaijan Youth Foundation, in partnership with the Media Development Agency (MEDIA) and organized by the Azerbaijan Voluntary Organizations (AKTI).

According to the results, the “Bir Volunteer” Student Cooperation Public Union took first place, the “BSU Volunteers” organization won second place, and the “ASAN Volunteers” organization placed third.
