Dr. Susana Mangana, Arabic and Islamic Studies, Catholic University of Uruguay has visited  Baku State University (BSU) to meet rector, academician Abel Maharramov. Issues of bilateral cooperation were discussed during the meeting, including  the teaching of Arabic language and literature at BSU. Rector highlighted the importance of the joint work in the field of Arabic and Islamic Studies.

Susana Mangana expressed interest in the development of the inter-university relations, organization of joint seminars, conferences and  summer schools.
