Times Higher Education’s Global Sustainable Development Congress is taking place in Bangkok, Thailand on 10-13 June. The three-day Congress is attended by more than 3,000 delegates and over 350 speakers.

Asiman Ilyasov, Advisor to the Rector for Quality Assurance at Baku State University (BSU), spoke at the Congress, presenting a report on the work done and the prospective goals related to BSU's Sustainable Development Goals. In his speech, the Rector's Advisor informed the participants about the work carried out as part of the " Green World Solidarity Year" and BSU's achievements in the "QS 2024 Sustainable Development Ranking" and "THE 2024 Impact Rankings”.
