Professor Elshad Allahyarov, a distinguished Azerbaijani scientist from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, USA, delivered a scientific seminar at the Physics Department of Baku State University (BSU).

The seminar began with an introduction by Professor Maarif Jafarov, head of the Department of Chemical Physics of Nanomaterials, who highlighted Dr. Allahyarov's notable contributions to the field of nanophysics and his groundbreaking research.

Dr. Allahyarov then presented his report titled "Clustering of Highly Polarizable Inclusions Induced by an Electric Field". He discussed the clustering phenomena in polarizable materials, offering insights into its implications for advanced materials science and nanotechnology.
